F Seat Assignments

F Seat Assignments
Hello there I have had my seat assignment in F for a few months and when I went to check it said 3 days before departure the seat can be assigned. Do I nee to be there at T-3 to re-confirm my seat or am I all set already? It shows the seat I want already on the ANA site but I didn't know if I needed to take an extra steps to ensure I have my seat thats already shown.

No, you should be set. I would check again anyway just to make sure you weren't moved for operational reasons (especially if you are in 1A).
