BOI: How early to arrive for 0610 Horizon flight ?

BOI: How early to arrive for 0610 Horizon flight ?
I will be returning from BOI back to SEA this Thursday morning on the 0610 Horizon flight. How early should I arrive, assuming I already have my boarding pass and no luggage to check -- I am most interested in the expected wait for TSA processing.
Also, a related question for knowledgeable frequent travelers to BOI: I will be renting a car at BOI -- which rental companies at BOI support car returns at this early hour (I'm currently planning on Thrifty) ... at various smaller airports, car rental agencies tend to not open until 0630 or 0700.

I was at BOI 2 Saturdays ago. Good news: QX gates don't appear to be shared so you don't have to fight WN and pax of other airlines to get through security. I'd say getting there at 0530 is plenty of time.
