Reinstating Expired Credit Certificate
My friend's credit certificate expired 5 days ago, he didn't realize it was due to expire on April 1st. Does anyone know if there is any hope of Alaska reinstating it even for a short period as a goodwill gesture?

No idea, but the effort to contact customer service is probably roughly equal to asking here, and the longer you wait the less likely it is to get a positive response.
