Unless someone decides to not show, looks like I'll die #2 on the list for AUS-SEA today (75K, S fare). This will mark my first missed upgrade of the year and I'm a bit surprised since it's a Monday afternoon/evening flight. J0/seat map full, Y5 with middles open. I'm in PE since booking, though.

Frustrating as a 100K to see no upgrades
Should I just switch to Delta? 0 for 10 on FC, no kidding, in the last ten flights. Writing this one from the exit row AS1013 ORD SEA. I make a mileage run Nov 21 to make MVP Gold 100K, but it feels like Seattle is the wrong place to live to get upgraded! I get an upgrade to Spokane. Big deal. Any suggestions besides texting Alaska to beg? I dont have time for that!!

What routes and dates and time of day are you flying? Where do you land on the UG list? Has FC been sold out?
Things should be better next year when more people drop off from 100K, but feel free to switch to Delta so theres more space for the rest of us

has been away for a while, report back. LAX-FCA sold out a week out, yet got upgraded the night before, and an empty upgrade list eventually.

Seattle based here and out of 36 flights this year, I'm at 32 upgrades. The other 4 I had the wife with me and was defeated by the dreaded two player upgrader.
