Almost ticked off that I didn't pay for the SEA-SAN leg to drop my son off at school at USD... but ticket was so cheap at 5K miles + $6. That's how sick I am... I just wanted to see the 90 of 90 for segments. This year was my only chance of hitting all three.
Looking forward to seeing all the "regular" peeps on the SEA - RDU legs in Jan / Feb.

I had one flight credit to AA. I called AA who canceled the credit to AAdvantage and pushed it through to AS. It posted correctly to AS but the transaction occurred after April 30th. It wasn't included in the Carry-over calculation.
I sent an email to Mileage Plan & their reply was the numbers were correct. I replied with a spreadsheet with data extracted from my Mileage Plan activity. No reply. About a month later, I submitted it again requesting a reply. AS completely ignored me and a reply never did come. Fantastic AA customer service Alaska!
Ultimately, it didn't matter, I got the RDM for the flight, but a little disappointing to see customer service diminishing.

I qualified for 100K on December 15. Should I have received a welcome to the club email from AS or are they waiting for later this month? I had 100,700 miles and 26 segments flown on Alaska.
Thanks

The last email I received that referenced my 100K status was actually on December 15th (It was the one that had the 22% off promo code in it). I'm assuming you haven't heard anything since you crossed the mark after that morning, and probably won't until later this month.

Not to revive what seems to have been a resolved question, but ... not having received the 100K golden ticket yet, I called in to CS today and was told I didn't qualify because my cc bonus miles didn't count. Everything else fine. Had I known this I would of course flown an extra few miles to qualify! Before I write mileage.plan can anyone confirm that they did, in fact, qualify with the inclusion of cc bonus miles?
Thanks!

I would not be surprised if it turns out that 100K was excluded from this offer. The "fairness" of this can be debated, but an getting exception could be a tough slog.

Also to add that the 50,000 bonus RDM were excluded if you needed those to cross the 75k threshold but based on my personal experience that was the only exclusion. I had to call for the 50k bonus RDM when I had my 75k EQM from flying when the credit card EQM had previously pushed me past 75k status.
Are you able to confirm you flew the 24 required Alaska metal segments?

Question for you. Does the app show your status as 100k? I never received an email about 100k but had the miles and segments. Thanks!

Not in the app, everyone is still waiting. I received the "When to expect your MVP Gold 100K tier benefits" email on December 10th.
