Miles credit question on AA/JL flight

Miles credit question on AA/JL flight
I might take DFW-HND flight booked with AA flight number but operated by JL. Booking P class on AA which is equal to E class on JL flight (base on fare rule) but JL has fare class P class too... in this case, I would earn 100 % (AA, P), 70 % (JL, E) or 50 % (JL, P) ?

Codeshare flights marketed by American Airlines and operated by a carrier that is not a oneworld member airline are not eligible to earn miles. American Airlines award flights booked into the fare classes above are not eligible to earn miles, elite-qualifying miles or segments.”
