Although far from impossible, it's unlikely based on OP's profile that they have an Amex card with LATAM transfer capabilities.
Marriott Bonvoy is a transfer option if you have lots of points to spare, but no US banks transfer to LATAM with the exception of the US Bank (capital B) co-brand credit card.

If you had a CapOne Venture Card, you could transfer to Avianca or AeroMexico.
