No, I will travel without insurance for my $18.10 trip. I understand by declining coverage I am responsible for all cancellation fees and delay expenses.

Hilarious. I chose "no."

Just did that on B6, I forgot to check accept or decline so it was super concerned about it for my $72 cash ticket.
