Agree. I think it'll be major regional and west coast routes, maybe with HNL/ANC for good measure.

These have to be O/D routes, which is why I think you will see places like the major California airports, PDX, LAS, HNL, and maybe ANC. I doubt GEG will be one of the routes, but I could be wrong.

I'm thinking something along the lines of 2X PDX. 2X LAX, 2X Bay Area, 1X LAS, 1X ANC, 1X HNL

I'd guess they'll shift some SEA frequencies (iirc there are a couple of ~90 min intervals during the day with three LAX and three PDX departures, so pulling one trip out of each of those would seem to make sense), but everything else will likely be in addition to existing SEA service

Having just relocated to Anacortes this is great news!
BLI is OK but the connections times are tough for us.

The new SEA bus gates will be used for service to PAE, along with standard 500 mile minimums for the segment.

Yeah I'm thinking SFO/LAX/LAS/PDX/ANC as well. Living in S. King County, I will still prefer SEA over PAE. However, I'm sure those in Seattle (or north of Seattle) will prefer PAE if they drive their car (or take Lyft/Uber/etc.).

I'd hope for a 1x connection to SEA but idk if that makes any sense

My guess is on 2x to Portland 2x to Bay Area, 2x to LA, 1x to LAS, 1x to ANC and from there idk (SMF, GEG, HNL, DEN?)

Will be super convenient for those Boeing people up in Everett; avoiding peak I-5 traffic would be amazing

I got to fly into PAE on a 757-300 when I participated in the MegaDo event back in November 2010. For my Snohomish county friends, I can see PAE flights being a game-changer.

The longer the flight the more services are required, so you need to line up all the food service vendors to make it work, for example.

My bet is it would be 2x Portland, 2x SFO, 2x LAX, 1x SAN, 1x LAS, and maybe 1x ORD if it is 9 flights.

I can't see Hawaii being included, but you never know.

Do they have any sort of train service to Paine Field, or is it only going to be useful for people that drive to the airport?

Bus service in 2019 (CT Swift Green Line), eventually Sound Transit Link light rail.

How much Boeing traffic would Everett area contribute needing to get to the HQ in Chicago? I have no idea.

ANC, HNL, 2x LAX, 3xPDX, SFO, JFK.

That's an interesting theoretical start

We could have quite the party.

Who is up for hosting the PAE DO?
