You can try calling, but I don’t think they’ll be able to do anything. Anytime I’ve gotten an error message online and called, the agents couldn’t fix it because it’s just phantom space.

No one here knows. No one at AS cares enough to update us on the situation.

Did EF show availability for the space you were attempting to ticket?

I'm not sure if this is useful information or not, but within the past week, I booked and then changed dates on a round-trip award that was EK (2 legs of F) on the way back. So, at least, it works sometimes?
