EK Awards Not Working
I tried to book several EK awards online on the AK website, and kept getting an error message. I called them and they told me the website is down. I really hope the availability doesn't disappear because it's an F award.
Anyone know when the website to book partner awards will be back up? The agent on the phone couldn't give me an estimation.

There is all this EK space showing in F, and when you go to checkout you get an error message when you call the agent they say EK isn't releasing the space. I've tried literally every city in Europe on different days and now it's starting to really piss me off. This is getting to be ridiculous.

probably. AS has been having more and more of this showing up lately. i tried for quite awhile to book J on a route with QF and it kept coming back as non-confirmed on various dates. EF agreed, and i gave up.

I'd love to book CX instead but I'm going to Europe. The problem with the theory of phantom space is that I've literally tried every city in Europe and it keeps coming back with an error message of failed to complete. The agent is now going to her mileageplan help desk.
