Are Alaska's Phones down?
My wife and I have been trying to call both the Gold and regular Alaska reservation numbers from opposite ends of the country for the past hour, but we both keep getting a message "Your call did not go through.".
Is there a systemwide outage with the phones?

Been tying since 8AM PST as well, no-go for any of the AS #'s I have (Award rez, regular rez, MVP #, Customer Care).

Yep. Experienced this yesterday. Got the "your call did not go through" once.
Left the queue for a call back "in 31-42 minutes"
Waited an hour and received no call back. Called again - stayed on the line and finally got the SDC I was after.
Couldn't do the SDC online as it involved a change in routing.

P2 and I both have had issues calling AS over the past 2-3 days. Our calls ultimately went through, but we're both independently 100K and had 3+ hour holds/callback times on all calls.
