How long for missing mileage request to post
Flew Feb 6th on outbound and returned on Feb 11. It has now been over a week and the outbound has still not posted. I submitted the missing mileage request a little bit ago. How long does it take for the missing flights to post in most peoples experience?

Not an answer for your question, but thought it might be interesting to note that I too had a round trip starting 2/6 and just the outbound didn't post for me also (haven't requested credit yet).

Fwiw: on the rare occasion I missed mileage for an Alaska flight. I didn't need a boarding pass. Simply calling mileage plan with the record locator worked. Ymmv

AS metal on an AS ticket. No other airlines involved, unless you call Horizon another airline. SFO-SEA-YEG-SEA-SFO.Out on the 6th, back on the 11th. The SEA-YEG-SEA legs on Horizon, others on AS. 027 ticket stock.

Mine just posted for the 6th.
It was delayed in posting as the 7th posted several days before.

If it hasn't posted in a few weeks, give them a call. Unless you're in some big hurry to have it post.

Usually the next business day, but I have a miscredit request of about a week which hasn't been fixed or responded to yet.

Clearly AS had a problem on Feb 6th. (Snow in Seattle screws up the computers??). My trip that day didn't post either (I almost always only fly AS metal, and it usually takes 3 days). I entered my 13-digit ticket number on-line, and it posted immediately.

Update:
All 4 legs posted sometime during the night. Strange miles though. All 4 legs were full Y fare but SFO-SEA posted different bonus than SEA-SFO and same thing on the SEA-YEG-SEA. Outbound different bonus than inbound. Guess a call is in order.
Update 2:
Called customer care, they saw the problem but did not know how to fix. Said first time seen that kind of glitch. They are working on it and will keep me posted.
