Japan Award travel

Do any of Alaska's partners allow a stopover in HNL (originating in Edmonton or Seattle) on a Japan award, either on a one way or a return Mileage Plan award? I know Delta and Korean both fly to Japan ex HNL.

I couldn't get it to price on the online search - maybe because Hawaii is a higher cost zone than continental US/CA? Could try calling in and getting an agent to try.

I have done it twice out of ANC by speaking to an agent. Be ware that a round trip in coach will take 80K miles on Delta, and 70K on Korean.
Not the best use of miles. Another way to skin this cat if your party is an even number of people would be to use the companion cert that comes with the Alaska credit card, and pay for the tickets there (which earn miles) and then either buy tickets to Japan or use miles.

Ok, great. I'll use AS miles in one direction without a stop and use Avios pts for the return with stop in Hawaii There's always a way
