I heard the news from a friend of mine who flew through there yesterday - taking the Mrs to ORD in a couple of weeks and will certainly make a swing through to check it out.

So as a BR member... is it worth more to AS if I use my BR card, or AS Visa card? (IE- is AS getting some $ for each AS Visa cardholder using the lounge?)

Will be thru PDX next month and trying to figure out which card to use

This is a great idea to promote the PDX BR as well as the Visa card ^

I could imagine AS/Visa doing something like this when AS opens a new BR in T6 at LAX...

Speaking of this, it would be neat if AS and Visa could strike an agreement similar to what AMEX does... Signature card holders can access the BR for a discounted price of $20 or $25... Might be a good way to promote the card as well as generate more revenue for the BR system... Just an @:-)

Sounds like AS might bet some revenue from BoA on this... but when presenting both cards, the BR Concierge took my AS BR Card. Probably easier to process I would think.

They had to write down the whole VISA number (16 digits) on a special form, so I believe this. PDX BR was definitely more crowded the past few weeks - but nothing like the SEA BR on a typical day, or the ORD SkyClub right now!
