Upgrade wait-list broken after Atmos launch???

Upgrade wait-list display is broken after Atmos launch!
I checked earlier today, and I was #6 out of about 15 on an upgrade list for a flight in 2 days (checked via flight status site).
Now, I see that I am *last* on the list out of 26.
Surely something must be broken here? I'm AA emerald.
Has anyone see similar jumps or oddities? I didn't see recent reports in the Atmos and website glitch threads.

We were 1&2 on upgrade list, GEG-SFO today, then about 1hr before flight we were REMOVED from the list. App had 4A and 4C upgraded twice, LOL
Gate agents at GEG had no clue, said I did not have status or ever on the list. I should have screen shotted it.
We survived paying and sitting in row 6!

What was broken before? I know there were quirks like skipping over reservations companions if one space at a time was opening up.... But I've never seen it glitch out by clearly putting us in the wrong order.

Don't know if it's meaningful or not, but I noticed on my PDX-SJC flight today that all 4 people awaiting seat assignments were cleared into Premium while people on the upgrade list remained in economy. Stranger still, they then asked for volunteers on board to move from the front to the back of the E75 for weight and balance.

Has anyone noticed odd stuff like what I just shared about dropping from middle of the list to dead last?

I was around #4 the other day on SEA-PDX and jumped over #1-#3 for an upgrade and I don't think they were all companions so crazy stuff like that happens a lot...for once it was in my favor.

I wonder if #1-3 didn't check in. Even though the lists all claim to show people who have checked in, it clearly shows everyone with a reservation...

Did you ever appear on the upgrade wait-list? Was the reservation somehow booked in business the whole way, but there wasn't previously availability in Alaska first class? And when you say upgrade, do you mean first class or premium?

I did not check the upgrade wait-list as I, as a Mr. Nobody for Alaska, did not expect anything. In the cases the flights were listed as Economy within the Alaska app, the Gate Scanner gave me a new seat assignment (I couldn't get a boarding pass in the app and had to use good old paper).
I'm referring to domestic First Class.

Something is seriously broken, at least with the wait-list display. An hour ago I was 11 / 14 on upgrade list. Just now (1 hour before departure), I just cleared the upgrade, leaving the other 13 people still on wait-list???
