Gate agents at GEG had no clue, said I did not have status or ever on the list. I should have screen shotted it.

We survived paying and sitting in row 6!

This has been a "known" problem for months now....I first noticed it last September so maybe it been a year. Usually #1 and/or #2 mysteriously disappear from the upgrade list around an hour before departure and the gate agents have no idea why...
