Curious. When I looked at the calendar view and filtered to show Business only, the ones that remained ticketed correctly and showed J class. Some others showed 80K and "Partner Business" in the single day view, and those reverted to Coach when ticketed. |

Since airlines miles has lost most of its value. There is no reason to loyal to an airline.

Did they have an explanation (excuse) for why they turned a J ticket into a coach ticket? Should be glad you didn’t file a DOT complaint, me thinks .
