Tuifly bonus programme

Anybody has any ideas on if / how the Tuifly bonus programme will be folded into the Air Berlin programme?

In the meantime I also flew my one and so far only AB flight and even joined the FF program.

The newspaper and magazine sortiment is indeed surprisingly good. And at least I did enjoy the currywurst on sale, it was not bad for an airline meal.

As mentioned in another thread, I would not be against AB affiliating themselves with OneWorld someday.

This would be full circle for the Deutsche BA part of Air Berlin...

Picking up this thread, anybody has any information about a merger between tuifly's programme and topbonus? Now that the takeover of the city connections is through?

These connections will operate under AB flight number as a wetlease. So there is no need to combine the programs. In future you will get AB miles on the former tui flights.

You can now choose to convert your bluemiles 2:1 into topbonus miles. Not bad IMO.

Don't count on the "Fast Track" line in Berlin-TXL. They have a sign but it's used as a main line. I spent over an hour in line at security and nearly missed my flight.

Same observation, de-focused "boarding pass checkers" didn't give **** if I should go to FAST LANE or regular. C gates.

Welcome to Berlin. That is not AB specific, but Berlin specific. LH and AB are handled by the same bad ground handling company (Globe Ground) hand the security control is just a mess.

Can you specify which one sec check you used? I got another experience with staff standing at "main" entrance at C terminal sending me to regular line as "this is for business travellers and not for leisure travellers.." as they were not aware of status pax can use it...
On the other side - the second one entry to C term (to remote gates) - what you are saying is correct. That's why I always use the first one
