Just had my first redemption today. I redeem 80k from SIN-CDG via DOH on QR, took almost 1 hour for this simple booking because the agent was searching for ORY instaed of CDG.

I was told that stopovers are not allow and miles can not be put back into my account if I wish to cancel. The price came up to 147.67 Euro.

Have you checked seat availability somewhere (topbonus site, QR site, etc.) before contact with topbonus call center?

I picked my seat with airberlin. Looking forward to my first flight with QR next week.
