Post NZ2 November 2009

Booked in January to fly NZ2 AKL - LHR on the 28th November.
Checked my booking on the ANZ website & it looks ok.
When i checked under timetables & Schedules for that week there is no sign of NZ2, only NZ39.
Has this service been knocked off & if so, will ANZ put us on the '39 & will they honour our business premier booking wich has been paid for in full via our travel agent.
Sorry it's a bit rambling but it's thrown both of us into a major panic as our dates are fixed.

Relax. This sounds like a computer glitch. Its highly unlikely that Air NZ would cancel NZ2 for an entire week.

And, if they did, they would certainly accommodate you on NZ39, and they would most likely call you to let you know about it.

As per above - fear not. I smell an infamous NZ website fault.
NZ2 is NZ's lucrative breadwinner route - it will not be going anywhere soon.
