J class on leased 777
I gather NZ has a few leased 777s in use. Am wondering what the J cabin is like on these. Apparently one is ex-EVA which is good but I haven't been able to find out about the other birds (1 ex SQ, 1 direct from Boeing?) Anyone got "inside" knowledge?

Both the 772s are directly from Boeing and have the SQ product inside as both were last leased by SQ..

It's the 2006 J refurb so the same as most SQ A380s and non refurb 777s. It's not the same older non lie flat regional that heads to WLG, MEL and some other Aussie flights still.
Plenty of details in the multiple other threads discussing this. It's a very poor product overall compared to NZ J.

No they are not, they have the (older - 2006) long haul products.
There are two ex-SQ B772s in this configuration, leased from Boeing. The third aircraft is a B77W leased from EVA. The J class product on the 77W is reverse herringbone, same as the rest of BR's long haul fleet.
