NZ80 - Delayed 8 hours and then diverted to BNE?
Anyone know why ZK-OKF, operating as NZ80 from HKG to AKL was delayed by just under 8 hours in HKG and then diverted to BNE after finally getting underway?

A highly educated guess would be crew hours. Probably flew a new crew to BNE to complete the trip.

I was on AKL-BNE today and some of the crew operating that flight were staying on in BNE to then operate BNE-HKG - didn't say why though
