Where's me bloomin' card!?
May 21 I had e-mail from FB apologizing for my card not reaching me and said I should have a replacement card in the post within 3 weeks. Well, 3 weeks has been and gone twice now and still no card. Now they don't even bother responding to mail.

I think there's just been a periodic mailing run as I received my 3 month late gold card plus a separate replacement card that was ordered in the lounge at Schiphol the other week when I whinged.
So now I have two !

It seems to be classic with FB: I was Platinum by December 2006, I took them 6 months to send the card, 6 months plus 2 weeks to send a second one.

I guess they have had some issues with sending out cards this year. I was gold for two weeks this year. After 8 weeks and no Platinum card I ordered a new one. The new one came in one week and the original one showed up the day after I called.
