9 000 Miles for a broken IFE on a 10 hours flight

I first decided to not complaint about the 9000 miles, but reading all your experiences I decided to write to FB. I stated that I was not satisfied with the miles, and that I would prefer trading them for a voucher as I do not really use the miles. A voucher seemed a better compensation to the bad flight experience as it would help me purchase a future upgrade. They replied positively with a 200 € voucher compensation, and I still get to keep the 9000 miles !
