UM surcharge for award tickets?
Hello,
I recently booked a long haul FB award for my kids. They fly UM. AF metal. Direct flight.
To my surprise I was asked to pay 80 EUR per kid for the UM service.
I cannot remember of such a surcharge when I booked similar awards in the past, which was by the way a great hidden benefit of FB. Last time was in 2017 though.
Is my memory fooling me or is such surcharge something new?
