Problems with the Flying Blue systems?
I'm a gold member. Have just accessed my FB account over on klm.com, and I'm suddenly showing ivory, with 0 miles and 0 flights. Interestingly enough, my flights this year are shown. On AF I get an error message saying that my miles history cannot be displayed at present. At the moment I am assuming it's an issue with the FB systems. Anyone else experiencing this?

System Error
The same situation over here,
Just Called the FB Customer Service and they confirmed that there is a system error and they are trying to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Yup still trying to do a retro claim on KLM.com which is tied I to the FB system. Kept getting this weird error:
"We are sorry, claiming missing Miles is possible 5 days after your flight. Please try again after {0}."
The {0} is in place of what would normally be a date. My flight was over 5 days ago and the system shows all the flights in my itinerary departing at 01:00. Weird?

Nope, still not working for me. KLM support confirmed that there are issues with the Flying Blue systems. 24 hours later they are still not working. Not expecting this to be fixed over the weekend, 35hr work week at FB & AF tech support I guess
