City Jet?

I need a qualifying flight for a soft landing.
Thinking about flying EDI-LCY, klm.com says I will earn 125miles, so it should be qualifying I suppose?
It says booking class R

But according to the
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/flyin...-blue-faq.html

•City Jet, except you only earn between Dublin and Malaga

It is qualifying and unless things have changed recently it should be an amazing 187 miles rather than 125 (for some reason, on AF, domestic only seems to apply to French domestic I think!)

A 7-year old FAQ is rarely accurate.

Well that's why I asked
EDI-LCY can be bought for as little as £37

Then go for it.

Any flights coded AF or KL (with the possible exception of some CCM-operated services) earn miles (both Award and Level) and therefore count as level segments, and would therefore qualify you for a soft landing.

I don't know if it's even possible to buy any CityJet flight under its own WX code anymore. They all seem to be sold as AF- flights.

If you book through KLM.com, it shows as an AF flight, doesn't it?

Yes
I've noticed that AF sell cheap oneway tickets from Germany

I flew EDI-LCY with Cityjet last week, booked through airfrance.com and paid £80-odd each way and earned 187 miles each way. Yes they are qualifying flights.
