Access to Tempo Challenge when on connection to Longhaul??

Access to Tempo Challenge when on connection to Longhaul??
Just wondering, do fully flexible longhaul fares also give access to tempo challenge when flying on an europe-cdg (vv) connecting flight?
Also what fare classes would those be? (I suspect Y, K, B?).
Most of the time I get tempo challenge just by asking as an elite but I'm still curious about this. ^
