500 bonus miles
My bro and I (along with the other two pax in Biz. class) were offered 500 Aeroplan miles each on our recent ATL-YYZ trip because the video entertainment system was not working.
I had the chance to speak to the chief FA and he said that this is only done for pax in the front cabin. I asked him if it isn't offered to Elites/ Super Elites flying in the back and he said no.
