So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.
Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.
It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.

The lowest I have ever heard of is ~$69 on the YOW-YYZ route (or something like that).
$34USD is pretty insane even if Y was heavily oversold.

I just posted the Bid Upgrade and LMU offers for my recent YYZ-YQB-YYZ trip.
Original ticket was Aeroplan X economy. Outbound bid dial pre-set to $300, LMU at OLCI was $419. Declined all.
Return bid up also pre-set dial at $300, LMU offering was 5 upgrade credits and $75. Also declined.

AMS-YYZ V fare, LMU T-20 hours at EUR1456.
Holy moly, I do not think so. (That one way upgrade is more than the return fare in V! No idea what loads are but I saw a few J seats undesignated on the seat map; PY appears full.)
