Prop,
I read a newspaper for the info provided(I want the 5 W's), not one that has a specific agenda, and that is the difference. Reading a paper that has an agenda is pointless, unless you are critically (in the classic sense) taking in the info,it is nothing more than a tabloid.
Others,
If taking on a dozen papers is the fine line between profit and loss on a flight then we are all in a lot more trouble than is imaginable.

Talking Two ideas!

Here are my 2 ideas on this issue:
  1. Did the Gazette piss off AC with some unflattering content?
  2. Will passengers have to pay extra if you bring a newspaper on board?

My third of 2 thoughts for the day: Eventually airlines will just weigh you and your luggage carry ons etc., and then charge you a freight based fee. So be sure to go to the bathroom before you fly!

choosing not to read a paper is different from censoring.

Canwest papers were vicious when it came to the Mark Steyn/macleans issue, yet have not had the journalistic integrity to report on the Briemberg issue. thats no different from being a Xinhua.

The same owners of Canwest have been asking for funds for a human rights museum - how ironic.

OMNI - calling.

The Toronto Star choked on this story. I know because I read the paper.

I fully support Mark Steyn et alia.

You seem to be intellectualy thick. Reading only what you agree with is pointless.

Mark Steyn boils my blood sometimes and I love it.
