I'm having enough trouble keeping track of which time zone I'm in.
Keeping track of when Aeroplan is up or down is far too challenging.
Too bad we can't set alerts.

For me, AC.com is not working on Edge and Chrome.
I then installed Fire Fox for ..... and giggles, and itt seems to be working.

I got off the phone with the SE desk about an hour ago for a flight change and they said they were having system wide IT issues. She couldn't elaborate further than that.

Far from it.
In the past 24 hours:
1. Flight Pass login not working in Safari nor Chrome (only works Incognito with Chrome)
2. Seat Selection after upgrade has not worked for weeks
3. Seat selection unavailable in either platform for UA codeshare flights, must call in, listen to 'we are busy, call later' and then get a clueless newbie agent on the Elite line
4. Visa declined on the website twice and had to call in to speak with an agent who could not ticket International and then....back into the general phone queue for 42 mins
AC management can pat themselves on the back all they want, but these issues are unacceptable, IMHO.

This happens from time to time.
Your file needs to be cleaned up, and the original economy segments removed. Your upgrade is secure, it just looks messy.
While frustrating, I find a call to AC reservations often fixes the problem.
