Incorrect Flight Pass Summary Cost and Value Statement

A word of caution to anyone who is using flight passes regularly and needs to charge back segments to an employee or client: The summary charge and value statement that appears under your flight pass management screen on AC.COM may be incorrect. I just noticed that when I open a pass, it is showing the CURRENT price and value statement rather than the one I actually paid. Since many of the pass products have increased in price over the past 6+ months, this represents a real problem. For example, when I look at my Eastern pass purchased in June 2006, AC.COM shows that the pass was purchased for $5232.60 when in actual fact I paid a total price of $4911.30 at the time of purchase, including all taxes. I love the Value Statement feature, but I cannot use it unless it provides the details of the actual fee paid at time of purchase.

Andrew... not sure if you can pass along that info to AC IT (much appreciated).

Thanks,

SG
