OT: mileage accrual in the Caribbean

I have three short hops with Liat next week, capped off with ANU-YYZ on BWIA. Any recent experience with crediting such flights anywhere other than the carriers' own programs? Thanks.

I was already aware of the BWIA shutdown/re-emergence. Seems UA may be a place to credit the BWIA flight. Still looking for help with th three Liat flights.
