OTP from the daily
Last week, several of our flights achieved great on-time performances. Checking in with a spectacular 100 per cent on-time departure and arrival (+15) performance were flights AC0186 from Calgary to Toronto, AC1262 from Mexico to Toronto, AC0004 from Tokyo to Vancouver, AC0040 from Osaka to Vancouver and Rapidair flight AC0443 from Ottawa to Toronto. Congratulations team!

Yes, sometimes I think we sometimes focus on the negative rather than some of the positives. I know I'm as guilty as the rest, BTW.
Is this a sign of a change for the better in terms of morale at AC? Or just a few flights running on-time as they should?

From todays edition:
Despite heavy load factors over the weekend, on May 15 and 16, our on-time performance for arrivals (+15) was 90 per cent and 88 per cent. Also, Monday’s on-time performance for arrivals (+15) was 84 per cent. Great work, everyone!

Despite some very heavy load factors, we had some great on-time performance accomplishments last week. Checking in with 100 per cent on-time departure and arrival (+15) performances were flights AC0118 from Calgary to Toronto, AC0168 from Vancouver to Toronto, AC0991 from Sao Paulo, Brazil to Toronto, AC1262 from Mexico City to Toronto and Rapidair flights AC 0412 from Toronto to Montreal and AC0473 from Ottawa to Toronto. Not far behind with 100 per cent on-time arrivals were AC0887 from Tel Aviv to Toronto, AC0002 from Tokyo to Toronto and finally AC0036 from Osaka to Vancouver. Well done everyone!
