AC cancelled 4 flights today from YOW-YYZ and although my 6pm wasn't one of them, it's been moved to delayed, giving me a 49 minute connection to Dublin (which would be fine if there are no further delays, a big if).
Thanks to Kelly in YOW for calling me at 1pm to let me know of the situation and offering to rebook me on AC459 at 4pm, which I gratefully accepted.
Edit: The original flight AC465 finally pushed off at 7.15pm, one hour and 15 minutes late. It's due to arrive at 20.23, 12 minutes before my flight to Dublin departs. Thanks Concierge!

I do not know if this is the best thread to put it, however it is nice to see AC expanding the concierge program.
Unbeknownst to me, there is now a (seems like a great) team at LAS. I'm told there is one coming/or exists at DEN now (which I think is definitely needed) . I am surprised there is not more fanfare about it.
That said, either way...good things
