Do you know someone with Status and yet hasn't collected the First flight mile bonus?
You know people out there so disgruntled with AC that they don't even bother to pay for a ticket to collect the "first flight bonus" and instead cash out as many miles as they could for free flights and when not available will refuse to buy an AC ticket and instead go to the competition to build up status with them?

If only it was possible to cash out my exisiting miles.... even that would be a huge step forward.
