Next year will be tough even with my carryover credits. Three trips to Asia in PE or flex, one to India in PE and one to LHR in flex - plus at least 10-15 trips from YYZ to West Coast. My eupg pockets will be bare :-)

851 Jan. 4. Although our connection at LHR is pretty tight, may not be easy/early enough to deal with the gate agents. Also 144 Jan. 8 and 1674 Jan. 9.

I'm confused, how do you eup someone when you're not on the itinerary? My wife is flying next month and when I tried to eup her from PY, it won't let me. When I called AC, they told me I have to be on the itinerary to apply my eups to her.

... but the bulk of this thread is about people who are flying, and have enough eUpgrades available to upgrade a fellow passenger on the same flight that they are planning to take. If you're on the same flight as someone else, then you can upgrade them at the airport and they do not need to be on the same PNR.
