Delays are fine as long as it is a DIFFERENT department's fault 😆
Doubly down if its another company's fault altogether LOL 😆😆
Caterer shows up at the ramp at T-30, not AC's fault
Power goes out in the the entire terminal, not AC's fault
Someone from a different ground handler hits one of our Dreamliner's engine, Oh boy we hit the jackpot!!! 🎲🎲🎲
