Flight AC 27 rules?

What is required for China citizens to fly to China from USA?

I see lots of flights that go from a USA airport, with a long layover in Canada, but typically less than 24 hours.

Then you get on AC flight 27 that stops in ICN for 1 hour 45 minutes.
Any links to read all the rules?

It would appear that person would need to get covid19 tested in Canada?

Since your question is not about Air Canada but about US entry testing requirements, please refer to this thread in the Coronavirus forum.
