Best way to book 3 out 2 back

Daughter #2 is heading to MUN to study Engineering leaving on labour day weekend. My wife and I would like to take the weekend and go with her, help her get settled in, and see a few sights. Is there a way to book an AC itinerary with three of us going from YHZ to YYT and only two of us returning a few days later? Or should I just put my daughter in a separate ticket with a return near Christmas?

Thanks in advance.

No. All passengers on a PNR must fly the same routing in the same cabin. Either book your daughter on a separate ticket, or book as one-ways. In many instances, there is no advantage to booking round-trips.

News to me too! Learn something new every day!

Agree with advice already given. Mom & Dad on one PNR, daughter on her own, probably as a one way.

No. Book 3 on a one-way outbound, 2 on return.

Keeps everyone together in case bad things happen.
