Just back from the UK and dealt with several, including Raye and Kelvin, and met one of the newer Concierge - Allison. All very good and said that there had not been cut backs to the Concierge program. Said if it were to happen it would have happened already.
For those who fly through LHR a lot, I was told that Jennifer retires in Dec (Dec 1st) and Raye retires in Jan.
Only person I ever see in YYZ is Lydia
