Its offering to give my son whos 50k a call back from a concierge agent. Feels half baked or now the concierge is available to more than SEs.

The last time I tried to use the chat (while on a plane) it kept telling me I could only use it within 5 days of a flight and to call them instead.

love the AI filter they have.

I just downloaded a new version - it was offering a better "Trips" tab. My SFO - DEN - YYZ - YXU just became DEN - SFO - YYZ - YXU. And the app is indicating a need for an airport change. From DEN to YYZ.

Edit: I guess they are not filters, just intended to show you where they came from or how to earn. Another case of Marketing vs something useful.

My SO needs copies of boarding passes from a TATL trip last month, but for some reason the app shows her inbound boarding passes but not her outbound ones a week earlier. Does anyone know what could explain this (is it common?) - I'm asking mainly from curiosity. More importantly, is there any way to get the boarding pass to reappear in the app? All flights were AC metal and 014 tickets.

ya find the app saving old boarding passes is inconsistent. Did she add them to Apple wallet or Google Pay? Both those have an archive of passes that should have everything that was ever added unless it was manually deleted. Personally have over 600 flight/train/event tickets archived like that.

Credit where credit due. I actually found the chat experience to be very nice. I was actually able to get the answer only the agent could answer.

They can keep adding nice home screen notification features to the app, but it is only useful as the data in it.

Notification that my flight boards in 10 minutes.

The inbound aircraft is in flight and should arrive in 14 minutes.

You think that is happening AC app?

My app seems pretty broken. For a few days I could see my bookings and my AP info, but couldn't book a flight or pre-order a meal. I uninstalled and re-installed (on Android) and now I also can't see bookings or add my bookings to the app, though my AP info is still there. I get a variation on the following error every time:



Online I was able to choose meals, but not seats, for some reason. My trips are all there, at least!
