AC seeks pension benefit reductions
"Air Canada's "Go Forward" plan calls for a 10% reduction in pension benefits for active employees after Aug. 1, 2003, and increases in pension premiums as well as a "shopping list" of cuts to reduced vacation time and the elimination of job security provisions, according to the memo."
