- Missing/invalid field: Postal/Zip Code.
Can anyone share how to solve this error message when trying to register for a new Aeroplan member?
- Missing/invalid field: Postal/Zip Code.
I had tried CA95014 / 95014 / CA95014 all three formats but none worked.

Double-check the way you entered the rest of the address. If you Mis-typed anything or entered it in the wrong format the form will reject the ZIP Code.
Just type the 5 digits for the ZIP. Theres no need to include the state abbreviation.

Thanks!
I tried again and it works. Turned out, the address is required although it says [optional] on the form. And you are right, the address has to be exactly the format it likes.
Can only say it is a poorly designed form with confusing error message.

If you're just signing up for an Aeroplan number, I'm guessing you're fairly new to AC. So, welcome. AC's service in the air is generally fairly good, but anything to do with AC or Aeroplan's IT is an embarrassment compared to what the US3 offer.
