Okay here's Dorian's latest, with my delay column, and I've used formulas to calculate the loads, rather than "hard-coded" sums.
876 didn't include 848 at 1 hour
846 didn't exclude 872 at 3 hours
Next task is taking delay information into account
I'd open it up for editing, but with all the complaints @Adam Smith has had about his AQD calculator, I'll just turn comments on. Feel free to leave one if you see an issue

Cow,can you generate me a CSV of posted delay per flight?
1 year of daily should be ok, with dates if possible. The days the flight dont operate can be left blank (don't put 0, NA, or anything like that).

A quick glance tells me BOM and CDG are really not much different in the delay universe.
How fantastic is this that the thread has moved from mild obsession over who is allowed into The Suite, to how many guests are likely to be departing at which times and how that may influence space for those qualified to enter.
I wonder if AC is now adjusting their estimates.

Errors are fine. That's what peer reviews are for
I don't know where I'd get that data. I charge $300/hour. Rounded up.

Thought you'd have a fancy way to pull it off FR24 or whatnot.
I pay $0/h rounded up. I only do it for the lulz.

Okay I added two more sheets.
One assumes people leave at T-15 (fairly reasonable), and it eliminates a lot of the red/orange.
The other assumes every flight is delayed until its average delay length, and that boarding would be delayed that long too. It gets a lot more red

I'm basically just trying to play around with numbers to see different outcomes.
I made a new sheet that uses a 0 to 150 to max value (261) for the whole sheet, rather than the existing ranges. Anything dark orange or worse is "over capacity" that way. At 75%/75% with no delays, it's never over capacity, and it's all quite green.

In the original sheet, a flight departing at 2100 had you in the lounge from 2000-2100. With this approach, it has you in the lounge from 2000-2045 (or 1900-2045, or 1800-2045). Not 1/2/3 hours in the lounge, but 1/2/3 hours "at the airport" (yes yes I know you can't get curb to lounge in 0 seconds). It means you're not in the lounge as long, freeing up space for later flights.
