AC Contact Query on two items
I want to contact AC on two items.
1 - their own docs for flight passes say that Milan direct is April to October, but is not actually running in April. Which seems to me like false advertising.
2 - mistakenly chose eUps (which I never use) rather than lower SE requalification. Not sure if I can switch (given I haven't used any eUps).
Is there a single contact point I should (or could) use?
Sorry if this is common knowledge, but I seldom need to contact the all-seeing-eye.
Thanks in advance.

If you're SE, just use the SE e-mail address found on the Altitude site or the contact card. They should be able to handle it or forward it on to the correct place.

When I politely made a big deal and talked to a lead (yes, a mere customer was permitted to talk with a lead), she agreed to make a one time exception. Was also emphatic in stating it would never happen again.
Keep in mind the program was brand new so maybe they cut me some slack. Who knows.

First year we got to choose privileges, I also had one erroneous choice. AC agent Informed me all choices were final, stated this on website, etc etc.

There's a long list of things I'd like to ask her if it were possible. I will most certainly add your request to my list. Data point, she was fairly rigid and clearly liked power. Probably worked at or near the airport
.
Better to talk to Barbara on the SE desk in Montreal if she hasn't retired. She's a real gem.

They cannot change the terms of a contract after you entered into it. They can only change for new contracts. But apparently people fall for it...

Correct, but to my limited knowledge, everytime someone has challenged them on this they have just refunded the FP.

Did the passenger not get the expected value out of those?
I thought about emailing them when they killed SFO-YTZ (it was very easy to route SFO-YVR-YUL-YTZ), I decided I didn't actually care, because I was fed up with 320 red-eyes.
