If you posted a screenshot from ITA it would be a lot easier to figure out what's going on.

0 means, that at that moment, using that booking channel (phone), there was no availability. You may find it through another booking channel, or not at all. ITA data is cached and not real time.

I think it usually shows the inventory for online bookings (not phone bookings or travel agent bookings or package fares or mobile device online bookings or app bookings or airport bookings or...), but that may vary by airline.

That doesn't mean calling is a bad strategy. I book about a third to half of my flights over the phone having been unable to replicate my ITA itinerary online, because they are too complex for the limited wit of publicly available booking engines.

I made sure the available fares was checked off. He said if it is not showing up on the website it won't be available......It was a simple economy fare with a booking class "A" - he said it wasn't there? It was approximately $160.00 cheaper than the fare class on the website - same itinerary originating in LAS.
You should ask the agent what booking system they are using. Many new agents (and there are many at ac) just use ac.com (same one as the public). They should be using/saying Res 3.

If you can post your ac routing you are looking to do (it's unclear), we can provide further guidance. Cows request for a inputs screenshot would also be helpful along with fare basis code.

There is no availability in A in either US or Canada points of sale. Best you can do is L but there are only two seats remaining. Cost would be $214.82 so only about $25 more per ticket.

Interesting concept, but it's not even parsing my pasted screen properly.

Thanks. I actually have that tool already installed, but I haven't figured out how to do the complex itineraries yet.

I wish the guides had real examples of how to properly write the syntax.

I'm a finance guy, not a coder

Let me rephrase. I have a very complicated itinerary.

I've tried Chrome and Safari. Same results.

It gets all the flights, but it gets them out of order, showing a negative connection time and other nonsense.

This is for something I was able to book on AC.com anyway, it's just using a different fare basis code than I'd expect, which costs me more money. I spent 45 minutes on the phone last night, and the agent could see the fare basis code I wanted (same fare class - P), but couldn't get it to work with my itinerary.

Even though ITA shows it
