@YVRtoYYZ
WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??????
I was on THAT AC 15 flight and the entire discussion is here. Start at post 3636 and read all of it. I posted photos there too. (And yes, I am sad for the poor injured bird)

Racing over the North Atlantic
AC865 last week. Not sure exactly sure who these guys were but they were flying a 747. We raced each other for close to an hour and they eventually won, the rainbow obviously being the finish line.

Back-and-forth between Asia and YYZ (likely similar to you). I don't normally read the "incidents" thread but put my comments in there. Too bad I missed an opportunity to meet the famous @24left in HKG as I was delayed there until 01:00L.
Aw, thanks. Not famous. Not infamous. I am here to provide some of the entertainment portion of the show and remind myself that life is short, fly lots and have fun.
And yes, since I was still at HKIA waiting for my onward flight, meeting you would have been great.

AC 15 YYZ-HKG - May 2018
Very interesting terrain
AC 7 YVR-HKG - May 2018 inbound to HKIA (seen from the Marriott outside deck)
AC 15 YYZ-HKG (different flight) - May 2018
This is another one of many where HK ATC had us doing some laps around Victoria Harbour and the city
Those of you who've flow this route will recognize views from both sides of the harbour as we circled
AC 128 YVR-YYZ - July 2018
AC 18 TPE-YVR - July 2018
AC 872 YYZ-FRA - August 2018
Over Lake Ontario and view of downtown Toronto and the Island airport
Sunrise inbound to FRA
AC 872 at the gate
AC 4 NRT-YVR - August 2018
Our aircraft at the gate prior to boarding

Over the Barents Sea
Sun is rising. I love how it brightens the rondelle
Over Buryatia, Russia
I was fascinated with the sensors on the wing and how the sun reflects off them
Although we left YYZ about 40 minutes late (no de-icing) and we made up time inflight, well HKIA ATC had other plans for us, as is often the case.
Of course we feel the aircraft turning multiple times and can see the change in arrival time and distance out, on the IFE.
Still, I liked the view below
And here we are, inbound to 7R at 14:52 local
And this is at 14:53, just prior to hitting the runway....well that plus a few bounces.

@yoga
Thanks!
@WaytoomuchEurope
Thanks.
I have plenty of bad photos. Sometimes there is turbulence, sometimes the lighting looks great out the window, but not in the photo.
I'm also using an iPhone 8. It's great for my travels but when others here post photos using great glass, well you can see the difference.
IMHO, it's also what I see out the window. As you have seen from my photos, I have been on the viewing end of some amazing sunsets, sunrises, views of the wing, and some scenery below. Nature deserves the credit. I just take the photos.
